Are you an experienced credit control /accounts professional looking for a new opportunity?
Our client is looking for a part-time (two or three days) Sage experienced CREDIT CONTROLLER / SALES LEDGER and ADMINISTRATOR to join their ambitious and expanding engineering company.
The role carries responsibility to ensure effective management of customer’s accounts and all aspects of credit control.
You will liaise with customers to ensure the timely collection of debts, work with colleagues to resolve any customer queries raised, process sales receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts.
We require an individual with the ability to react quickly as requirements change and can demonstrate initiative and drive.
What we’re looking for:
• Substantial credit control and sales ledger experience, excellent customer service and can work well in an office environment
• Working knowledge and experience of SAGE
• Experience with a large Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Be willing to try take on additional responsibilities as and when needed
• Excellent interpersonal skills – to communicate effectively with customers, external contacts and staff in all areas of the business
