Easy access to A1 - £32, 000 (£45, 000 OTE with overtime) with a vehicle and overnight allowance
I am seeking field based Small Works Maintenance and Servicing Engineers to join a growing business in a Monday to Friday role with UK wide travel.
The OTE for this role is £45, 00 per annum with overtime (Paid time and a half) as well as an overnight allowance and a company vehicle with fuel card.
My client designs, installs and maintains bespoke and accredited fire protection systems across a number of industries across the UK.
Please note you will be working at heights and so you will need IPAF or be willing to undergo IPAF training to work at heights.
The Maintenance and Servicing Engineers undertake scheduled maintenance and servicing of installed equipment, including fault finding and repairs.
You will also support any investigations and root cause analysis, responding to call outs nationwide.
Maintenance and Servicing Engineers will also be involved / trained in the commissioning and set up of systems.
Additional training and ongoing professional training will be given to successful candidates.
What we’re looking for:
• Small works, maintenance and serving experience in an industrial setting
• Experience of working at heights / willingness to train
• Experience of addressable and non-addressable systems and / or working knowledge of BS5839 and BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) would be ideal
• Willingness to be working away and travelling nationwide
Monday to Friday: The role will require nationwide travel involves staying away when working on sites a certain distance from home.
