Our Client is a well established medical practice based in Grantham.
They are currently looking for a reliable and flexible full time Administrator / Secretary to join their small and friendly team.
The successful Adminsitrator Secretary will be able to provide an efficient audio, copy typing and word processing service.
Experience of secretary work, administration and excellent customer services skills is a priority for this post.
The successful applicant will need to be an excellent communicator and have a real eye for detail for all administrative tasks.
To be considered for this role, you will also need a confident and clear telephone manner, be an experienced user of databases, possess good IT skills and have a high standard of spoken and written English.
