I have an extremely rare opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take on a newly created HRD role in the East Midlands.
This HR Director role is at a well known, prestigious and very well established organisation based in Rutland.
This key HRD role offers the opportunity to lead and manage an HR Department and sit on the Board, advising on growth and a new strategic direction.
It is a new HR Director role that would suit a senior HR generalist who thrives on designing HR strategy and forward thinking HR operations.
My client is undertaking an ambitious review of their overall strategy and key to this is their HR strategy and what the future looks like for the organisation.
You will lead a small team of HR professionals, including recruitment, L&D, performance management, C&B, OD and compliance.
Does this sound like you?
- Leadership of an HR function in a mid to large size organisation
- Experience in devising HR strategy
- Proven ability to manage innovation and change
- Demonstrable ability to lead, manage and develop staff
Ideally you should be CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
