I have a rare opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join a great company at their flagship head office site in Middlesex.
They are a well established global business, rapidly growing and producing and distributing high end artisan products and well known family brands.
To ensure the ongoing professional provision of the Training Programme, we are recruiting for a Trainer to head up transport and distribution training across the UK.
This Trainer role will play a crucial part in the company’s development over the next 2 years and as such they require a forward thinking and proactive Trainer who will potentially move into a more senior role.
Based at our client’s head office, you will set up a training plan from the basics, reviewing and ensuring SOPs are implemented as part of this training plan.
We are looking for a Trainer who is structured in their approach, methodical and detail orientated.
If you have a solid training background in a fast-paced, multi-drop distribution or logistics environments – or similar – and you thrive in a structured environment where process, H&S and the Team are paramount…. Then this Trainer role is for you.
Ensure the effective delivery of a Transport Training in accordance within the Training Delivery Programme.
Complete appropriate competency records and paperwork for staff attending training courses.
Ensure a safe system of work is maintained throughout effective Training delivery.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with regard to future development of Training.

Desirable Qualifications include Cat B and C Driving Licence, PTTLS, AET or equivalent teaching qualification, IOSH Health and Safety and FLT Operator / Instructor.
