FMCG Operations Manager

An FMCG Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day running of production and supply chain activities within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company—think food, beverages, personal care, or household products. It’s a high-paced, hands-on role focused on keeping things moving efficiently, safely, and profitably.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing production lines to ensure output meets demand while maintaining quality.

Optimising supply chain and logistics, including inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

Implementing lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Leading cross-functional teams, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control staff.

Monitoring KPIs like cost per unit, downtime, and on-time delivery.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

​Arnold (/ˈɑːr.nəld/) is a market town[3][4] and unparished area[2] in the ceremonial county of Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands of England. It is situated to the north-east of Nottingham's city boundary.
