Foreman

​A foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a construction site. They are responsible for being the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors. A few main duties of a foreman are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, oversee the quality of the site and managing the budget. They also have to report the progress of the project to the superiors.

​Hemel Hempstead (/ˈhɛməl ˈhɛmpstɪd/) is a town in the Dacorum district in Hertfordshire, England. It is 24 miles (39 km) northwest of London, and is part of the Greater London Urban Area. The population at the 2011 census was 97,500.[1]

Developed after the Second World War as a new town, it has existed since the 8th century and was granted its town charter by Henry VIII in 1539. Nearby towns are Watford, St Albans and Berkhamsted.
