Foreman

​A foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a construction site. They are responsible for being the point of contact between the construction workers and supervisors. A few main duties of a foreman are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, oversee the quality of the site and managing the budget. They also have to report the progress of the project to the superiors.

​Metheringham is an English village and civil parish in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 3,605.[1] It is about 9 miles (14 km) south of the city and county town of Lincoln and 10 miles (16 km) north of Sleaford. The centre of the village is a conservation area.
