Gardeningis the practice of growing and cultivating plants as part ofhorticulture. Gardening ranges in scale from fruit orchards, to long boulevard plantings with one or more different types ofshrubs,trees, andherbaceous plants, to residentialback gardensincluding lawns and foundation plantings, and tocontainer gardensgrown inside or outside. Gardening may be very specialized, with only one type of plant grown, or involve a variety of plants in mixed plantings. It involves an active participation in the growing of plants, and tends to be labor-intensive, which differentiates it fromfarmingorforestry
Bourne is a market town and civil parish in the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, England. It lies on the eastern slopes of the limestone Kesteven Uplands and western edge of the Fens.[2] The population recorded in the 2011 census was 14,456.[3]
