What does a People Advisor do?

An advisor (or adviser) is a person with deeper knowledge in a specific area who utilizes their expertise for the guidance and benefit of others. They bring their vital experience and knowledge to contribute to their clients’ short- and long-term success. Advisors meet with clients to gain a sense of their mindset and ultimate goals.
