Small Works
Small works are projects up to £200,000 construction cost. They are called small works because a simpler form of contract is often used to administer the building operation. Despite the name, these are significant sums of money. All budgets must be managed carefully.
Stamford is a town on the River Welland in Lincolnshire, England, 92 miles (148 km) north of London on the A1. The population at the 2011 census was 19,701.[2][3][4][5] The town has 17th and 18th-century stone buildings, older timber-framed buildings and five medieval parish churches.[6] Stamford is a frequent filming location.
