Accounts Payable Clerk – Nottingham

Nottingham – £19k to £21k depending on experience

We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk / Administrator for an ambitious and successful international FinTech, where you’ll be a key member of a close knit team based at Bingham in their stunning offices.

With offices in the UK, US and Far East, my client is recognised as one of the fastest growing and most entrepreneurial businesses in the UK today.

Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Sage 50 is advantageous, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The key aspect of the Accounts Payable Clerk / Administrator role is the administration of financial accounts as well as day to day responsibility for a variety of other customer service and admin tasks.

If you have experience in some or all of the following, then we’d like to hear from you:

  • Customer service skills
  • Database knowledge
  • Client transactions
  • Efficient record keeping
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices
  • Journal entries at month end
  • Bank reconciliations, payments and receipts
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Administrative skills such as filing, typing, etc.


The Accounts Payable Clerk / Administrator will enjoy a considerable amount of autonomy and therefore we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail and is accustomed to problem solving and taking responsibility.
