2020 hasn't exactly been the year we all wanted or expected, far from it.
Having myself worked in the property industry during the economic downturn in 2007 which lasted many years after. I'm sure like many will have thought, the enforced shutdown on the country but in particular the property sector earlier this year, would play havoc and have a huge negative effect going forward.
Gladly, that just hasn't been the case and as it has boomed, RecruitME have been on the coalface recruiting for all our property clients and can say it’s been the complete opposite of the negativity and low activity levels 2007, 2008 and 2009. Yes, the stamp duty break will have helped massively, but the positive effects of 2020 and the awkward year it’s been, have been on people and their families.
