2020 hasn't exactly been the year we all wanted or expected, far from it.
Having myself worked in the property industry during the economic downturn in 2007 which lasted many years after. I'm sure like many will have thought, the enforced shutdown on the country but in particular the property sector earlier this year, would play havoc and have a huge negative effect going forward.
Gladly, that just hasn't been the case and as it has boomed, RecruitME have been on the coalface recruiting for all our property clients and can say it’s been the complete opposite of the negativity and low activity levels 2007, 2008 and 2009. Yes, the stamp duty break will have helped massively, but the positive effects of 2020 and the awkward year it’s been, have been on people and their families. They've decided to move for bigger or smaller, to be closer or further from work or their loved ones. Estates and Lettings Agents have happily been back at work to help.
RecruitME proudly works with a host of different Property businesses across the East Midlands and all have utilised our help in 2020 as they sought highly skilled property professionals to add to their teams. RecruitME acted quickly and most importantly accurately to what was required for our clients teams. This decisive action has allowed easier induction and onboarding of new staff members, who are able to “hit the ground running” for their new employers taking on tasks, becoming fee earners and improving the businesses customer service to its clients.
It all starts with spending time on recruitment, partnering with RecruitME who identify and work with the best people in the industry and are best placed to assist those seeking to recruit in the Property sector.
