A rare opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor for a leading organisation in the East Midlands.

What you’ll be doing

The role is essentially the Number 2 in the department, managing a team of surveyors and premises to ensure that our client’s portfolio is maximised and maintained appropriately.

The Senior Building Surveyor will need to be comfortable leading and ensuring compliance on high profile projects, communicating with board level Directors.

Exposure at this level is therefore key, as is a level of budget management.

Sounds good? What we need from you in return:

Professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in the Built Environment – eg. RICS, CIOB, BIFM.

5 years plus Building Surveying experience.

About You: Personal and professional credibility and a high level of integrity. High level verbal skills and able to influence, persuade and negotiate. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

This role is will give you the opportunity to develop your professional skills and as the Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll get an exposure to the Senior Management and Board.
