Are you an experienced Business Development Executive or have you worked in Outbound B2B Telesales?

Are you seeking a challenging new role with an uncapped and achievable commission structure?

We are actively seeking an experienced sales professional in the Grantham area.

The role

Working in a tight knit team you are talking to small and medium sized businesses in a set geographical area and developing your client base. You responsibilities will include:

  • Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Talking to new and lapsed clients
  • Introducing the business and its services
  • Developing call backs through thorough research calls
  • Building client relationships

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of outbound business to business sales / account management
  • Enjoy working to KPIs and targets in an outbound telephone sales role
  • Ability to build rapport and develop conversations with people at a senior level and pride yourself on the service that you provide

Salary negotiable + uncapped commission + bonus scheme.
