Reporting to the Group CEO, the Head of Compliance & MLRO will hold an important leadership role and be responsible for leading the compliance decision-making efforts that affect our client.
You will develop and maintain policies and procedures of our client’s Group and its related activities to assure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations including customer onboarding procedures.
The Head of Compliance will drive and implement changes to efficiently conduct compliance and mitigate any AML/CTF risks, ensuring compliance of the Group as well as with applicable laws and regulations, internal rules and group policies and standards.
You will be responsible for identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
You should have at least five years’ experience in compliance in the Financial Industry, with ideally some years in a fintech firm.

- experience in communicating with the Regulators
- hold an appropriate qualification in compliance or AML/CFT/fraud prevention
- familiar with screening of clients
