HR Officer – Melton Mowbray

Melton Mowbray – CIRCA £22k dependant on experience

We have an opportunity for someone with a good amount of HR experience (HR officer, HR Admin etc) join a long established business at their Melton Mowbray site as their HR Officer.

You will be joining a family owned company that is well-known and acknowledged as a dominant player within it’s industry.

The HR Officer will be tasked with supporting the management team continually looking for ways to develop and improve the HR service provisions to the business.

In this generalist role you will be involved in coordinating a diverse range of HR issues including ER, recruitment, absence management, supporting managers and providing professional advice in all HR policies and procedures.

You will also be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills developed through your experiences dealing with employee representatives and/or unions.

Computer literate you will be competent in the use of MS Office applications and familiar with HR databases, with a background in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred.
