We are working with a successful business who are looking for an HR Manager who will provide a full HR service for the Business and lead the HR Team as the Company continues its steady growth.
It is a great opportunity for an HR professional / generalist to work for a well-established and growing company with ambitious plans for the future.
The HR Manager will provide the full HR service, everything from supporting line managers, advising the Directors on the HR Strategy to ensuring all policies and processes are up to date.
You will implement all HR projects related to our client’s growth plans, including the L&D Strategy, Recruitment Strategy and ER.
The HR Manager will need to have a methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail, high standards, a good understanding of best practice HR and a robust ‘no nonsense’ character.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and should demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, objectivity, tact and excellent interpersonal skills.
We are looking for an HR professional who has a strong ability to influence through credibility and confidence at all levels of an organisation, from the Board to the “shop floor” through to department heads.

In order to be successful for this role you will ideally be CIPD qualified, or working towards, will be a true generalist and have a up to date knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and experience of recruitment and training. You will have excellent communication skills, be extremely organised.
In exchange on offer is a competitive salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits.
