CAM Engineer – Nottingham
Nottingham – Salary £35, 000 to £42, 000 depending on experience, with overtime available and profit share
We have a great Tooling CAM Engineer opportunity working for a specialist manufacturer headquartered in Nottinghamshire and responsible for some well-known global brands.
Our client is an innovative and forward thinking design and manufacturing business operating around the World and are recognised as market leaders in their sector.
The Tooling CAM Engineer will be the type of person who can generate great ideas, enjoys seeking the best solutions, getting things done at pace whilst paying attention to every piece of detail.
You will be producing first class tooling ready for manufacture for World class products.
What we’re looking for:
- Must have previous CAD / CAM experience – Delcam software and Heidenhain control would be an advantage. Other packages considered
- The ideal CAD / CAM Engineer will ideally be a time served apprenticeship (ideal)
- Proven background and experience as a CAD / CAM Programmer / Engineer
- CAD / CAM preferred for programming would be Delcam and Heidenhain – however we will consider all backgrounds (ideal)
- Experience in 3D modelling, reading and creating technical drawings (ideal)

Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm and Fri 6am-1pm / 39 hours per week + overtime available.
