Corrective Maintenance

​Corrective maintenance involves inspection, servicing and repair activities undertaken after malfunctions have occurred. This restores the system or component back to its normal operating condition for continued use. These activities are usually performed by operators who have training by their supervisors in accordance with standardised procedures.
