Field Sales Executive – Southern Region

Salary – up to £40k + Company Car

RecruitME is currently working with a well-established dynamic global manufacturing organisation looking to recruit a Field Sales Executive to develop their client base across the South of England.

Our client is a global materials engineering specialist who works in the oil and gas, nuclear, marine, aerospace and renewable energy sectors.

They are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to actively develop business using proven sales techniques, building rapport to continually improve and grow customer relationships.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver persuasive approaches / pitches that will attract potential customers within their territory.

You may also assist with the onboarding of new clients ensuring a seamless transition from business development to account management.

We’re looking for a confident Field Sales Excellent to promote a full portfolio of products and services through range-selling, cross-selling and value-selling.

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
  • Have at least have a bachelor’s degree and/or several years of experience in a technical and commercial (sales) position
  • Be able to easily handle responsibility, be ambitious and have a good instinct for commercial success – you will actively use your sales skills and put these to results
  • Experience working within business development and / or sales
  • Experience working with sales methodology
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
