We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to work for a forward thinking organisation going through a period of growth and diversification.

What you’ll be doing

Responsible for defining, leading and providing strategic direction, co-ordination and the day-to-day management of all financial accounting, you will be defining strategic plans and budgets, delegating budget responsibility to the finance team where appropriate.

You’ll be responsible for the management, coaching and development of a team of circa 10 and their ongoing professional development.

Through your team, the Finance Director will coordinate the payroll and budgeting process, to produce a business outlook for annual planning ensuring and understanding of costs across the organisation.

  • Post qualification experience in both financial management and accounting at a senior level
  • Business partnering skills – be able to build great relationships within the finance and people team and with other stakeholders across the business
  • Proven accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills
  • Organisational and project management skills
  • Seeing big picture solutions from working through detail
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

What you’ll get
