We are working alongside a well-established full fibre broadband company, who have been operating for 20 years, now bringing FTTP to rural areas of East Anglia and the East of England.

Having recently secured additional significant investment into their business, they’re expanding their reach and are currently recruiting Area Build Supervisors in the Colchester area.

The Area Build Supervisor role is key in the Delivery Team supporting the Regional Build Manager accountable for developing and driving the build programme on site within their given network area. They will be the leader of the work teams in the given areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the field resources to deliver multiple FTTP projects

  • Co-Ordinate on site activity with planning, programming and HQSE business functions of the business as well as the build partners

What we’re looking for:

  • Clean UK Driving Licence

  • All relevant NRSWA accreditation

  • All relevant PIA Qualifications

  • Understanding of poling, cable and civils installations

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing large scale telecoms projects

  • Civils Network Construction Knowledge
