Sleaford – Salary dependent on experience (Casual Contract)
We are currently recruiting for a casual contract talented Bench Joiner who will be able to offer flexibility working to match the demand of on a as and when work basis this could be 2 weeks to 12 weeks’ worth of work at a time and could lead to further work.
Can you take responsibility for your own work and hit the ground running with a highly experienced and dedicated team of craftsmen? My client is a well-established business based in the Sleaford area going through an exceptional busy period with a sustained period growth manufacturing and installing bespoke hardwood Garden Houses / Orangeries.
You will need an eye for detail and quality with a sympathetic approach to maintaining the high quality of my clients’ work.
The perfect candidate will need to be able to work independently whilst working to strict deadline. It would also be a massive advantage of having experience in manufacturing Garden Houses / Orangeries or similar.

What we’re looking for:
·Experience of Joinery and Carpentry processes
·Strong knowledge of workshop equipment and management
·Building Fabric background
·Ability to respond to faults and report findings accurately
·Practical knowledge and experience of workshop safe working practices
·Experience of historic buildings and modern building fabric solutions.
