We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious financial professional to work for a highly diverse organisation going through a key period of change as their Chief Financial Officer.

My client offers a financial professional the opportunity to take a lead finance role at the Top Table as well as actively contributing to the strategic plan of the organisation over the coming years.

They are a leading UK wide charity currently going through a significant change programme.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will work across all areas of the organisation and be key to the strategic direction.

The CFO role allows for flexi time and a truly fantastic work life balance with hybrid office and home working fully supported.

You will join an ambitious leadership who have big plans for the future and in this Chief Financial Officer role you’ll provide change management and the overall lead of the organisation’s financial direction.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for defining, leading and providing strategic direction, defining plans and budgets, delegating budget responsibility to the finance team where appropriate.

You'll be responsible for the management, coaching and development of a busy finance team that is going through a period of flux and redevelopment.

This role will give you the opportunity to develop your business partnering skills and as the CFO, you’ll get to be a key player in the Exec Team.

What we’re looking for:

· CCAB, CIMA, ACA, ICAS or equivalent

· Post qualification experience in both financial management and accounting at a senior level

· Business partnering skills – be able to build great relationships within the finance and people team and with other stakeholders across the business

· Proven accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills

· Organisational and project management skills
