Credit Control Supervisor

St Albans/ Hybrid - £35,000 Full-time Permanent, 25 days holiday (plus bank Holidays),

About the Client: Independently owned security and communications company.

Due to the company’s continued success and growth, they are looking to add an credit control supervisor to their Hertfordshire based head office team.

The main focus for this Credit Control Supervisor role besides team development is to ensure that my clients company debt is kept to a minimum and collection KPIs are met as well as reconciliating client accounts and the resolution if disputes

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Credit Control Supervisor looking to develop their career in a business that invests heavily in their staff’s training and development and ongoing professional development.

What you will be doing?

 

·       Supervise existing part time member of staff.

·       Manage Kolleno, our credit control software and complete daily allocated tasks.

·       Liase with customers and internal personnel to ensure timely resolution of invoice disputes. Chasing customer debt via phone and email.

·        Effectively deal with all correspondence received in the @creditcontrol inbox.

·        Conduct credit checks online for new customers when required.

·        Reconcile complex customer accounts.

·        Monitor Debtor balances and proactively reduce debt in its early stages.

·        Meet the credit control KPIs set for cash collection.

·        Ensure the companies credit collection policies and procedures are followed.

 

What we are looking for:

·        3 years’ experience within a similar credit control role

·        Demonstrated success in collecting from commercial clients

·        Experience of automated credit control software is beneficial but not essential
