They are now looking for an ambitious eCRM Executive to join their ever-growing creative marketing team.

They’re therefore looking for an experienced eCRM Executive to manage the eCRM Programme by implementing and tailoring customer email marketing strategies to drive registrations, sales and engage relevant audiences and increase retention.

This is a super exciting opportunity for an eCRM Executive to play a key role in building their brand bottom up and deliver an excellent user experience for new and existing customers.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working with the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager to run the ECRM Programme and provide excellent user experience through well-thought email campaigns, as well as maximising opportunities from the company’s customer database.

The eCRM Executive role will play a key part in the strategy and implementation of the company’s marketing automation processes, triggers and lifecycle emails and you will also have a direct influence on the email-marketing calendar and development of the eCRM channel.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent understanding of eCRM systems/Email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Able to demonstrate an ability to create engaging emails

  • Creative and enthusiastic

  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage several tasks and projects at the same time

  • Able to report and act upon data from email activity

  • Great communication skills and able to support stakeholders across the wider business

  • Great team player who demonstrates initiative and collaboration

  • Experience in email HTML is highly desirable
