Following significant investment, my client opened a new purpose production facility this summer and therefore have an ongoing need for engineers as the operation scales up.
You will be responsible for ensuring machine down time is kept to a minimum through planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns.
To be successful in this role, the ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer candidate will be qualified to a minimum of HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline and have experience of working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
You should be skilled in electrical maintenance and have familiarity with mechanical / hydraulics and be competent in programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
The successful candidate will be an all-round engineering professional with experience within a similar environment and with the ambition to forge a career within a market leading company.
