We are working with a forward-thinking and well renowned independent Mansfield engineering business, operating across the UK, who are recruiting for an Engineer Scheduler.

They are a very collegiate environment with many company events, awards and employee engagement.

They specialise in driving digital transformation and integration across the life safety, security and communications industry across universities, public spaces and the Armed Forces.

Due to the company’s continued success and continued growth, they are looking for an Engineer Scheduler to add to their Maintenance Operations Team in their Mansfield based Head Office.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering scheduler who has worked in a similar before and for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the Maintenance Operations team.

What you will be doing:

  • Scheduling maintenance visits and allocating engineers

  • Liaise with Site Engineer to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time

  • Collating engineer’s job sheets and diaries

  • Working alongside the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance standards are met.

What you need?

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages

  • Be able to communicate well and build successful working relationships with customers and other members of staff

  • Experience in administration and industry knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.
