My client is a well-respected and well-established real estate practice in Lincoln.

They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Estate Agency team. As part of a dynamic team and company you will excellent interpersonal, communication, team working and customer service skills.

Sales Negotiator’s key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • A track record in selling property

  • Outstanding communications skills, in person and in writing

  • A consistent sales record demonstrating that you are capable of building and sustaining sales pipelines over time

  • A shared focus on delivering high-quality customer service-oriented deals with an ethical approach to business

Ideally, as a Sales Negotiator you’ll have previous experience in estate agency sales and feel confident in dealing with multiple tasks in a fast-moving workplace.
