We’re on the lookout for an experienced Estate Agency Valuer for a highly successful, regional Estate Agency with offices positioned across the UK.
The perfect Valuer will have strong market knowledge, keeping a keen eye on competitor activity and be confident in business development and retention.

You must demonstrate a record of achieving consistent results, working within a team and on your own initiative.

As a Valuer, your main responsibilities will include:
•Generating instructions by way of outbound cold / warm calling
•Conducting market appraisals
•Taking photographs & measurements
•Selling the services of the business
What we’re looking for:
•Previous estate agency experience (minimum of 12mnths)
•Cold / warm calling experience
•Excellent presentation and communication skills
•Drive and determination with a desire to strong succeed
•Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
