Well, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Manager to join a leading organisation within Lincolnshire covering their estate in the Grantham, Bourne and Stamford area.
The Estate consists of offices, industrial, retail, public spaces, leisure facilities and commercial buildings.
The role will be based around undertaking a broad range of functions and duties required for the successful management of an existing property portfolio, delivery of new housing and commercial purchases and construction.
The Estates Manager will manage construction and capital projects up to £5m, whilst managing project teams to ensure delivery of targets, manging effective relationships with internal customers and contractors.
You will also be tasked with seeking opportunities for new developments.
What we’re looking for:
• Full understanding of the construction project development process
• Chartered surveyor or working towards achieving MRICS
• Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain
