We are working with a highly successful and well-established organisation who are recruiting a Finance Accounts Manager to lead a collaborative and busy team reporting into the organisation’s Finance Director.

The Finance Accounts Manager candidate will join a very prestigious organisation set in a stunning rural location with a mix of world class Grade 1 listed and state of the art facilities used by international students and companies from around the World.
The Finance Accounts Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts for all and departments and will partner senior managers and budget holders to ensure robust financial budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reports.

What we’re looking for:
Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar)
Experience in the preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reporting
Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in problem-solving and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Leadership skills
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your business partnering skills and as a Finance and Accounts Manager, you’ll get an exposure to the Senior Management Team.
