About Our Client: One of the UK's oldest and leading public schools
We are seeking an outstanding Head of Estates Operations to assist and support the Estates Team in establishing and maintaining the highest service standards of customer service across the school’s estate.
They are currently embarking on an ambitious infrastructure strategy to improve and renew the Estate, including a new boarding provision, over the coming years as part of a longer term growth strategy.
The Head of Estate Operations will work with the Estates Team providing operational management, documentation, record keeping, monitoring, auditing and statutory compliance services to ensure the management, safety and development of the estate and the services provided.

To lead on the effective delivery of Security, Porterage, Gardens Team, Sports Surfaces Team, Staff Housing, Furniture, Fittings and Vehicle Management enabling the School to maintain its operations across academic, internal and external events and the wider commercial activities.
Specifically, the Head of Estate Operations will provide direction and day-to-day management of a range of the schools services including Security, Gardens & Sports surfaces, vehicle and fleet management, porterage and estate management.
In addition to your relevant professional qualification such as HNC/D in Asset Management, Facilities Management and relevant professional body membership, key requirements for this pivotal for this Head of Estates Operations position include:
Previous experience of a compliance or property management role in a large, multi-site organisation
Excellent working knowledge of Soft FM works
Contract and budget management experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A track record of excellent record keeping and experience in document and data management, including asset databases and management of assets.
Strong IT skills (CAD, BMS, Excel), including scrutiny and analysis of data
