Homebased and Lincolnshire – salary commensurate with experience (£55k - £60k)
We are working exclusively with a leading UK Charity who are looking for a Head of Leadership, Learning and Development to take on a major a people transformation piece.
You will join a thriving organisation that have embarked on a significant transformation programme affecting every part of the operation across the UK.
As Head of Leadership, Learning and Development you will be responsible for ensuring that all learning activities from apprenticeships, early careers, management development and leadership coaching is embedded into the organisation. Underpinning the Charity’s ongoing leadership, coaching and performance operating model installing clear principles of accountability, decision making and ongoing learning.
Some of the day-to-day duties will include: -
Lead the L&D team to promote learning at all levels of the organisation
Develop the Leadership, Learning and Development strategy to ensure that it supports the business objectives
Work collaboratively with the wider HR team on Leadership, Learning and Development related project work
Design and implement blended learning and coaching solutions
Implement Internal career pathways, performance development, succession planning across the organisation
Desirable skills and experience: -
A highly experienced L&D or OD specialist with significant experience at a leadership level.
You will have led L&D or OD functions and been personally responsible for setting strategy and delivering upon this
Confidence when operating as part of a senior HR team and influencing board level decisions
Excellent stakeholder management skills
An inspiring leader of people.
