They now have a great opportunity for the key role of Head of Network and Customer Operations.
Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of customer network operations including line management of the departmental heads.
The Head of Network and Customer Operations will manage the operational teams, allowing my client to optimize how they deliver their solutions to customers.

The Head of Network and Customer Operations will be responsible for monitoring and performance management of the company’s networks and identify and implement process improvements ensuring they are accurately documented.
You will ensure customers as well as the customer operations team optimise the user experience and measure customer satisfaction.
The Head of Network and Customer Operations will work closely with the R&D team to ensure successful product launches and upgrades as well as report back on improvement opportunities.
We’re looking for a network and customer operation professional with significant experience in telecommunications with knowledge of fibre network technologies and their deployment.
With strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as experience of working with key internal and external stakeholders, you should also have significant experience of customer services.
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service is key to this role.
