​We are looking for a Director of Training to lead a unique high profile L&D project to train the next generation of professionals for my client’s organisation.

You will work with key stakeholders not only to project manage this new initiative but also to act as its Director of Training, promoting it in the wider business and public community.

As the Director of Training, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the Project, with an expected lifespan of at least 10 years.

The key purpose of this role is to manage the relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders, government bodies, contractors and various well known Defence sub contractors.

The Director of Training, you will ensure successful delivery of the L&D services, ensuring adherence to defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

You will take the lead in devising and delivering the strategy for the Project, including a long-term strategic plan and KPIs and annual plans and targets.

In addition, the Director of Training, you will provide operational management of the Project and oversee financial and resource matters.
