We are working exclusively with a family friendly organisation based in stunning rural location in Rutland, easily accessible from all directions.
They are currently looking for a NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Officer to take to lead on all H&S matters across their diverse organisation and business operations.
You will coordinate their Health & Safety regime and ensure its’ effective implementation across the business.
The successful H&S candidate will provide accurate, considered and up to date occupational safety and health advice and guidance across all functions.
The Corporate Health and Safety Officer will also design and deliver appropriate training.
What we’re looking for:
You are NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards) qualified
Experience in providing health & safety support
Experience of assessing risk and recommending practical responses and control measures
Able to develop and undertake health and safety audits and inspections
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
Excellent IT skills
A competitive salary up to £30k depending on experience.
