My client is a successful Grantham based nationwide organisation looking for an HR Advisor to support their busy HR team with HR Advisory and ER processes.
This role is permanent and full time and offers hybrid working.
They offer the right HR / ER Advisor candidate a rare opportunity to work with a forward-thinking brand that is seeing year on year growth.
The successful candidate will be a true team player, focused on the overall objectives of the wider organisation.
The key role responsibilities include:
•Advise/guide/coach management on a range of policies and process
•Manage a range of varied ER cases
•Undertake investigations in relation to disciplinary/grievance
•Work closely with a range of senior stakeholders across multiple sites
•Analyse trends across ER, and report on HR and ER metrics
What we’re looking for:
•Minimum 3+ years working within HR in a role with ER exposure
•Ideally CIPD Qualified to level 5 or equivalent
•Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks instinctively
•A people person who enjoys finding solutions and going out of your way to help people
