Our client is one of the largest providers of affordable homes and care settings in the West Midlands, employing almost 1,000 people across the whole business.

About the role:

As the People Coordinator you’ll be supporting the team to ensure that the People/HR Team achieves high standards of service delivery through efficient working, maintaining strong internal customer focus across the employee life cycle.

The People Coordinator will work alongside other department team members to be a first point of contact for all HR and employee queries, delegating or redirecting these as necessary and giving advice and signposting where appropriate and that all employees are looked after inline with policies and procedures as well as the companies focused and caring attitude to every staff member.

What we’re looking for:

·        Qualified to CIPD level 3 (preferred but not essential)

·        One year’s experience with a HR environment dealing with the whole employee lifecycle

·        Experience of record keeping and general administrative duties, showing a high level of attention to detail

·        Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and a HRIS
