This is a newly created In House Recruitment role in the HR Team created due to this continued growth.
This key Internal Recruiter role will report directly to the Head of Recruitment and will join the HR Team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
The Internal Recruiter sits within a forward-thinking and long-serving team, who have a strong collaborative and team-based approach to recruitment.
The successful candidate will be a true team-player, focused on the overall objectives of the wider organisation.
What we’re looking for:
· Significant experience providing a recruitment/resourcing service
· Customer relationship management skills experience
· Experience in skills matching techniques through recruitment & selection, talent management or training
· Results orientated, with a track record of delivering on time, together with the ability to drive and complete tasks to challenging deadlines and required quality standards
· Experience of effective team working, with the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships
Salary £25k - £28k depending on experience. Exceptional benefits.
