About Our Client: One of the UK's fast growing full fibre broadband companies

We are working in partnership with a company who are investing over £1bn in their network and next-generation technology.

They now have a great opportunity for an IT Business Partner who will provide both technical and operating knowledge as a senior SME to identify, specify and project manage IT requirements to delivery outstanding value across all supporting functions.

My client is building their own full-fibre network using cutting-edge next-generation technology to power its multi-gigabit fibre network, partnering with global suppliers including Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce (premium partner).

Working alongside the Service Assurance Team and Salesforce Business Analysts, the IT Business Partner report directly into the Group IT Director.

You will have a massive impact on the direction and growth of this high growth ISP as they build a world class, full-fibre broadband network.

Highly data-driven and process oriented the IT Business Partner will provide and support the IT direction to colleagues across the business.

You will also help Identify risks and dependencies and feed it into the IT prioritisation framework and risk register so that systems can be built and stood up with minimal disruption and maximum efficacy.

Building key stakeholder relationships, you will aid in the smooth delivery of Salesforce product changes through new Salesforce releases, coordinate the Salesforce related communication to the various stakeholders, whilst monitoring and promoting the adoption/usage of Salesforce across the organisation.

The person:

· Telco or Utilities Industry expertise in managing an IT operational team or as a senior business partner

· Working knowledge of Salesforce ‘Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning modules’ & Einstein Reporting

· Experience of using Salesforce Service Voice & or Amazon Cloud voice contact centres, delivering best practice customer operations contact centres is a must

· Financially competent, with experience of contract renewals and 3rd party account management for the delivery of IT services

· Experience in an IT operations role supporting customers and Salesforce and associated tools is essential
