We have some exciting Junior Network Engineer (NOC) opportunities working for a fast growing telco where the opportunities are massive!
You will work in a dynamic network operations team covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and receive full training and professional development, mentored by some of the leading NOC Engineers in the sector.

What we’re looking for is ideally some or most of the following, depending on your level
· Ability to work with new technologies and demonstrates advanced networking skills.
· Excellent knowledge of networking, including physical, switching, routing, transport layers and firewalls
· Ability to investigate and resolve tickets within defined SLAs and KPIs
· Ability to deliver 1st contact resolution and timely triage of faults, ensuring customers services team are informed through to resolution
· CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent
