We're on the hunt for a Learning & Development Coordinator to work across all departments within the organisation.

The L&D Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and logistics of in house and external training events, with some design and delivery of induction and systems training.

This training role will be responsible for co-ordinating all mandatory and compliance training, 

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure mandatory training is delivered and recorded in line with compliance and regulations
• Research, sourcing, administration and monitoring of Apprenticeship Levy to identify and communicate opportunities for staff development
• Preparation of training materials for remote and face to face delivery
• Ensure all new employees' induction experience is welcoming and consistent, giving our people the information, they need to start their journey
• Monitor L&D budget expenditure with efficiency and value for money at centre of decisions
• Book training courses, venues and purchase materials for the HR and L&D teams

What we’re looking for:

• High level of IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and innovatively
• Ability to communicate with and influence internal and external colleagues, partners and
• external suppliers
