Key Responsibilities
The Legal Secretary provides high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of solicitors and/or partners
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and book travel/accommodation where needed
Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
Ensure all case files, records, and systems are up to date and compliant
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a legal secretary (property, litigation or commercial law ideal)
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Fast, accurate typing and strong IT confidence
