My client is a well-respected and well-established real estate practice in Lincoln.
They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in their Lincoln city centre office, overseeing a portfolio of properties including all aspects of the letting and tenancies of the properties. As well as assisting the wider lettings team when needed to ensure service standards remain high.
The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for a multitude of tasks to look after a portfolio of landlords and their properties across the Lincoln area and developing the relationship between the company and its clients/customers. Arranging repairs, maintenance of properties, negotiations between Tenants and Landlords, viewings and properties inspections.
What we’re looking for:
Previous lettings agency experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Drive and determination with a desire to strong succeed
Strong team player but with the ability to work alone
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Financially focused and aware
Superb Customer Service skills
Valid Driving Licence
