​Maintenance Administrator

Mansfield - £22, 000 - £26, 000

We are working with a forward-thinking and well renowned independent Security and Communications Company operating across the UK who are recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator

My client is NSI Gold and BAFE accredited and specialises in driving digital transformation and integration across the life safety, security and communications industry.

They specialise in driving digital transformation and integration across the life safety, security and communications industry across universities, public spaces and the Armed Forces.

Due to the company’s continued success and continued growth, they are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to add to their Maintenance Operations Team in their Mansfield Head Office.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who has worked in a similar before and for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the Maintenance Operations team.

What you will be doing:

  • Scheduling maintenance visits and allocating engineers

  • Sourcing of parts

  • Collating engineer’s job sheets and diaries

  • Working alongside the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance standards are met.

What you need?

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages

  • Be able to communicate well and build successful working relationships with customers and other members of staff

  • Experience in administration and industry knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.

  • Working hours of Monday to Friday

  • A salary ranging between £22,000 and £26,000 depending on experience
