Management Accountant – Hybrid 2 /3 days per week in the office

Grantham / Hybrid – CIRCA £33, 000– Permanent, Full -time. 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday) support in gaining professional qualifications.

About the Company:A highly successful Lincolnshire based nationwide organisation within the social care sector.

They are looking for an additional Management Accountant to support their busy Finance Team working across multiple companies and entities.

This role has come about purely due to significant growth and future growth plans.

You will report in to and be mentored by a senior management accountant so this is a great role to step up in to and learn across multiple companies operating across the UK.

About The Role  

·         Deliver a comprehensive budgetary management, finance and business support service to relevant subsidiaries within the Group, including comprehensive contract costing and income billing and collection

·         In line with company’s strategic direction, work with Directors and Senior Managers to plan for, stimulate, create and deliver on new developments within the relevant subsidiaries

·         Monitor and advise Directors and Senior Managers on the financial performance of the relevant subsidiaries

·         To work alongside subsidiary management teams in any review or investigation into financial management of the subsidiary 

Does this sound like you?

·         Must be a qualified AAT Accountant or part qualified CIMA or ACCA

·         Experienced working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and operational staff

·         Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarise in a way that is easily accessible

·         Experienced working with statutory accounts, external audits and group reporting
