I have a rare opportunity for an ambitious payroll professional to take on a newly created Payroll Manager role in Rutland.

This Payroll and Pensions role is at a well known, prestigious and very well established organisation.

  • Payroll operations

  • Budgetary management

  • Pension scheme management

  • Management of property income

  • Team leadership

We are looking for a pensions and payroll professional with in-depth payroll knowledge at a supervisory level, pension knowledge including Auto Enrolment, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Salary Sacrifice.

Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and strong numeracy and analytical skills are of course a must.

The Payroll and Pensions Manager should Ideally you should have a CIPP qualification and previous experience of iTrent or other integrated HR/Payroll systems.

This role is 35 hours per week with an exceptional benefits package including 30 days holiday + public holidays, a defined pension scheme up to 10%, private health insurance, free gym membership and free lunches, amongst others.
