We are working exclusively with our client looking for a senior administrator / PA for their busy Grantham office.
My client will consider home working and flexible office / home working.
Please note that this is a six month fixed term contract.
A UK wide group, their Grantham office is a busy central services hub with a strong collegiate and highly professional atmosphere.
The PA / Senior Administrator will provide PA support to the Head of Department.
Experience in a similar job role is desired but candidates who possess strong organisational, multi-tasking and coordination skills will certainly be considered.
Key aspects of the Senior Administrator / PA ‘s role include:
· Email and diary management
· Responding to and funnelling enquires
· Ensuring the efficient management of the HR Teams’ internal service levels across a group of companies
In order to be considered for this role candidates must have;
· Good IT skills using Word, PowerPoint, outlook & Excel
· Be proactive, organised and enjoy working with others
· Enjoy managing a varied workload and dealing with internal customers
Salary is £25, 000.
